This is a great tool for swapping watch straps. It's well-made. It features a pin on one side and a small, flat, notched blade on the other, designed for taking out and putting back the pin that holds the strap to the watch.

How To Use: Just Put The V-Shaped Part Of The Raw Ear Fork On The Spring Notches At Both Ends Of The Raw Ear And Press Down To Easily Remove The Strap. When Reinstalling The Strap, Put One Side Of The Strap Into The Hole , And Then Use The Raw Ear Fork To Gently Install The Other End Into The Case Hole.
