While the product itself is satisfactory, I'm withholding additional stars. The still key shown in the pictures was missing. The supplier made me send pictures, as they didn't believe me, resulting in very poor communication. Additionally, the key is unusable because the molds are rolled and cannot be pressed with a key.

The head that could be swapped out descended with trouble.
