I purchased this item intending it to be a present. The exterior of the hairpin has an appealing design, and the material feels like felt. However, the internal hairpin mechanism is very slender and doesn't secure hair effectively. This is disappointing, as the aesthetic design is pleasant, but the part that holds the hair isn't robust enough.

I am unhappy with the order because I haven't received the items. The seller told me they would give me a refund, but I haven't received that either.
