The product I received is faulty and non-functional. Despite the seller's instructions to download an app or try a different power outlet, it won't charge or power on. The seller is refusing to provide a refund.

I'm rating this with three stars because I received a partial refund. The watch seems functional, but the app is entirely non-functional and won't connect to my phone. My phone is fine and connects to other Bluetooth devices. It does pair with the watch, but the watch won't connect to the app, which is useless. Therefore, I discarded the watch, as it's completely unusable.

Delivery was extremely quick, taking under three weeks.
