These pants are exactly as pictured and fit me perfectly. I'm very happy with them. I am 1.68CM tall and weigh 50KG, and the fit is ideal.

Based on my approximate height of 160cm and weight of 50kg, I ordered a size L, and it fit almost perfectly. I typically wear a size M in Asian clothing, and that might have also worked because the material is very stretchy. The pants' appearance is unusual before you use the drawstrings, so don't worry. The quality is acceptable, but the bleach marks are quite strong, especially on the back. The fabric itself is of good quality. The button needed a hole, which I created with scissors. I personally would have preferred the pants to be a bit longer, but that might not be a concern for others. There was no seller interaction, and the pants arrived on schedule. (Picture quality is poor).
