The user manual I received isn't what's pictured; it's a blurry, unreadable piece of paper. The elastic bands aren't made very well.

The product arrived undamaged. There is a cute leaflet with exercises. The main ball doesn't stay in place and gets stuck where the exercises are, which is unfortunate! However, the supports contain latex... Advise customers! Because I am allergic.

The order is satisfactory, even if it's not exceptional, because it does what it's supposed to do.
