This is a good, practical, and durable band, with excellent material quality. I haven't found a significant difference in how much force is needed between the dark and light blue bands. However, I'm pleased with my purchase. The seller is helpful and responsive, offering quick and easy assistance with any purchase-related issues. THANK YOU!!
