The packaging was excellent; the branded box was bubble-wrapped and placed inside a sturdy, plain cardboard box. This explains why the box arrived undamaged and without any dents. It includes a storage case and comes with 3 attachments: 2 brushes and 1 rubber tip. The bristles on the attachments are soft. The device has 2 speed settings. The power button also controls the settings, and there is a backlight. It operates on two AA batteries (not provided). The battery compartment opens easily, and the handle has a rubberized grip.
