The product itself is excellent for my lovebird. However, the packaging is a thin plastic, and the delivery service isn't careful. This results in the tray arriving damaged, chopped, and flattened. Despite this, everything else is perfect.

It's lovely and well-made. The construction is flawless and includes the necessary screws and a tool. The dimensions are ideal for small birds like agapornis, parakeets, or cockatiels. I'm just hoping my Cockatiel overcomes his fear, as he's not approaching it yet. It arrived within two weeks and at a great price; it's much more expensive where I am, so I highly recommend it.
