While the product is excellent, the seller's poor communication, unresponsiveness to inquiries, and significant shipping delay make purchasing from them undesirable. It's suggested that you buy the item from a different seller.

WARNING: Replace the existing 10A fuse with a lower-rated one. A 2A fuse is suggested, as it's sufficient for this charger. Feedback: The product functions correctly. Setup was simple, and wireless charging is operational. USB functionality has not been tested. Suggestion: The QI/OFF/USB switch should be larger.

This support is excellent. It works very well and is superior to some of those found nationally. The enclosure is secure and safe. Charging is extremely quick.
