While not the highest quality, it's acceptable. Regarding the size, I recommend ordering a larger one, as I found mine too small. It's a nice item, identical to the picture, and sufficiently fluffy. The material is comparable to that of Christmas hats found in discount stores, or similar cheap Christmas hat material.
