The seller is very friendly and attentive. I made a mistake with the spelling of the name, and even though it was already made, he sent me a photo. I told him about the error, he changed it, and I received it in less than two weeks. The bag is as pictured, but it's really for preschool-aged children. I highly recommend the seller.
