They made a mistake at customs, the package was lost, but I imagine it was a good product.

The item arrived without its lid; I'm unsure whether the lid was missing from the start of the shipping process, if the seller was responsible, or if it was lost in my home. All I know is the item arrived incomplete. I have ordered from other sellers and thankfully, I'll be receiving those items soon.
