I am thrilled. The shoes are gorgeous, refined, and amazing. The heel's angle is comfortable. They arrived in excellent condition and were well packaged. The heel height is 12 cm. I am pleasantly surprised because they are very easy to walk in. However, the shoe's footbed is a bit larger and wider. Thus, I recommend ordering a smaller size. They took approximately a month to arrive.
